No connection

Last week Friday I called mweb numerous times to check on my connection for wifi. All they said is active on their side. Still up to now no internet no signal on router . They can't follow up I thought they different. Up to now they bother check if all is ok since I send them a email no they too busy I regret taking this deal . The service is pathetic.
