no communication, who and where can i report fiber line not working

mweb wasn't what it used to be, it's difficult hard to get anyone on the line when there are issues accounts and technical, for example when the fiber line is down, other neighbors that don't have mweb have fiber connected, so it's established that mweb is the issue, if you call you hang on too long and call becomes costly,when you try and report it online after logging in, there are errors. so both cases you left in the dark. i would advice people to not take a contract and choose service providers where you can pick up the phone and speak to a human being that can assist you, that's priceless. just paying for a cheap fiber line isn't worth the communication barrier.
