No Communication, Not getting what i am paying for, Ive had it

Mweb, what a mistake it was to have you as an internet service provider. I dont get my line speed i am paying for, for MONTHS now, Im not getting any straight answers from you, Now i dont have any connection and cant even speak to your technical dept. Its always a constant run around with you guys and always someone else's fault.

After countless requests not one phone call from a senior staff member or just a manager phones me back. Why do you guys just not give a damn?
