No communication from the ISP

A friend app**** for Fibre connection and was instructed to pay. He paid on 2021/06/26.He hasn't received any correspondence from them and cant get hold of anyone when phoning. He is now worried cos he doesn't know if his money was not received or ******. The transaction shows successful but Mweb is still not getting in touch with him
