NO COMMUNICATION DELAYED INSTALLATION

I have placed an order a month ago, the installation was delayed making me postpone my flights abroad. They said the latest the installation would be complete is the 1st of July, once again nothing, no communication, can't reach them on their land lines, and I need to fly in a couple of days, delaying my flights cost me a lot of money. DO NOT ORDER THEIR FIBER!!!
