No call back. No cancellations.

I have a cancellation order pending since Friday 17 July 2020. I spoke to different agents who always assure me a call back after 2 hours. None of them have call back. Today I attemped to call 4 times And they put the phone down all 4 times.

I have no Internet service since Friday 17 july and no one in Mweb can provide a solutión.

Now I just want to cancel the service
