No call back from MWEB about OTP

I haven’t received my OTP to activate my wifi. It’s been 4 days since I called the office as the number recorded by mweb was incorrect. They asked me to fill out a form and submit it, this was done immediately and I have still not received feedback. I received my statement today Yet my wifi isn’t working ?
