NO BILLING STRUCTURE - MWEB BILLS AS THEY PLEASE!

I am so frustrated with Mweb! How is it month on month my bill keeps going up???? It started at R400 and now we sitting at R699??? I do an eft each month and I see i am in arrears and being billed are R699 whereas my premium is meant to be R549 - I am thankful you do not debit my account! I will not be doing any payment until you sort out your billing! Your online AI chat is useless and I cannot get to speak to anyone! Please have your billing sorted asap before I actually just cancel this and move to a provider who actually knows how their system works! I even checked my area of coverage now and the fee is R549 - do you just try by upping it as you please?
