NO ASSISTANCE REGARDING NO CONNECTION

NO ASSISTANCE ON NO INTERNET CONNECTION - I have been phoning and logging calls for Mweb or someone at Mweb to assist me but nothing!!!!! The person i spoke to said that they do not send out technician's and that i do have internet connection but I clearly don't have for the past 4 weeks which is ridiculous as I am paying R699 for something I cant use and is not working. I have asked to cancel this service and all Mweb said so far is to go their portal to cancel but there is no option to cancel. Their services is beyond POOR!!!! Do not use MWEB as they do not assist their customers. They will only assist you to purchase from to get their sales, after the sale has gone through they don't care about their customers as they have already got the sale. I don't recommend this service to anybody. They are offline most of the time and nobody assist you ever!!!!...
