If there was a zero rating option, I would have rated that. So I took my fibre with Mweb through Vuma..the sales were smoothly until my router was delivered..then there was a guide on how to setup, it seems as if I dont coverage, Ive been trying to call Tech department but to no avail..I called the sales department and asked to be put through to the person who hadled my sales.they said they will pass a message to him as he was still busy, its almost end of business hours now. Am still waiting for a callback. I think Ive just made a big mistake by signing up with them..
