NO ASSISTANCE, NO RESPONSE FROM MWEB

I logged a request to move my connection to a new address on the 20th of September. It is now the 4th of October and I still don't have internet. Noone seems to be able to assist me. Mweb just keeps on saying that they are waiting for Mweb and Vumatel says I need to contact Mweb. I AM AT MY WITS END!!!! I WANT MY INTERNET CONNECTED!!!! Otherwise I'm going somewhere else.
