NO ASSISTANCE FROM MWEB

I have placed my order at MWEB in November 2022, however I still haven't receive any feedback and/or my order and cannot get through to them.

If I am struggling to get any assistance from MWEB with just an order how will I struggle with my fiber internet from MWEB?

This is unacceptable.
