No assistance from Mweb

My wifi has been suspended. I paid in full. But now I'm struggling to get my wifi back up. I have been calling for 3 days and no one can assist me. I have waisted over R300 airtime and I'm still without wifi. This is unacceptable. I have never felt so unhappy with a service provider in my life.
