No answer - Terrible Service

Mweb is not reachable by telephone. I have been trying to contact them for the past 4 days to get my internet connected again.

No answer and the telephonic service is terrible if you enter your number or ID number it keeps on saying you have not entered anything.

Had a call yesterday to say my account will be activated but no one has come back to me and my account is still inactive.
