No answer, no response

Shocking that there are 90 people in the queue. You don't get through to a person. Mweb messages to say we must do direct chat on the app- no response now for 2 days. All I need is a ticket for linklayer so that LINKLAYER can fix it. Not even mweb!!!! Waste of my airtime to sit on the line for over 1hr and then they cut the call!!! Take this as my 2 months notice to cancel service with mweb so I can change to a more reliable and accessible service provider.
