No answer, no confirmations, no service - as usual!!!

Mweb upgraded our line from 100mpbs to 200 at the same price, without permission. We then decreased our line to the 100 amount as it was cheaper. They then increased our the price on the 100 to the price of the 200, again without notice.

I have been requesting since February to decrease the line without any. I hold for at least 15mins everyday since Feb. Who do you think has so much of money to waste??? ITs a joke!!
