No answer at the call centre and terribly designed systems.

I have been unable to log into mweb webmail for months now. I go to the log in screen enter my details and the screen resets everytime. The issue comes in when I try to contact Mweb for assistance to log in. I have called the call centre a number of times and everytime I am kept on hold by the ridiculous automated system (which doesn't work). My latest attempt has me at number one in the queue for going in 10 minutes now.

Is there one person in the call centre answering calls?
