No activation, No Internet connection, Mweb ignoring client's queries

This Mweb company had just used my R1,689 but all they did was the installation, no activation until now.

In fact, they first told me to pay them the R1,000 and they delivered the package and the installer (Vuma) came to install, after that they told me that they'll connect me within 48h, I waited until the third day, still no internet connection also no contact with me, I then decided to pay the R689 which is my monthly subscription, now 3 days ago still no connection, I've been trying contracting them through calls, email, Messenger, Facebook comments, they are ignoring my messages, I even decided to go to their offices, but I was told that they are not working there anymore, only online, and only the security guards are in the building, and then today they sent me an email telling me the following: Hi, Your Internet subscription has not been paid this month, resulting in your account being in arrears for R 333.39. Make payment into the below Mweb Bank Account to keep your Internet account active.

I wonder what's going on with this company, now they start behaving like scanners. I really want them to activate my package now, because it has been almost 10 days now, I don't owe them, they are the ones owing me, otherwise I'll take this matter further, and I will sue them, they must not play with people like that. Try to have a look at their Facebook page, a lot of people have been complaining but they are ignoring them.
