NO ACCOUNT/CONTRACT WITH MWEB BUT BEING BLACKLISTED FOR NON PAYMENT

I have never had a contract or had a service provided by Mweb but have now been handed over for non payment of my 'account'. Mweb usses Lexmed to collect their outstanding accounts and Lexmed are just as useless as Mweb. After numerous email and telephonic correspondence I am no nearer finding out why I am being blacklisted and neither of these two companies can give me a signed undoubtable proof of contract at all. All promises to supply the documentation to me but nothing forthcoming. And as to the interest that they are added on a daily basis - it is highway *******. How many other people are they doing this too - making millions from people who pay just so that they are not blacklisted even if they have never used Mweb as a service provider.
