Nightmare service experience

On Wednesday 15 January Mweb/Frogfoot installed my fiber optic service. As from 23 January this service no longer worked. Numerous almost daily phone calls to both Mweb and Frogfoot by today, 04 February, (almost two weeks later!) have proven to be a total exercise in futility. Yes, mweb did restore my old ADSL service on a “7 day trial basis” yesterday after me throwing my toys out of the cot, otherwise have shown little interest and no urgency regarding the matter. A friend warned me not to used the mweb fiber optic service as I would only land up having nightmare service should anything go wrong ... what prophetic advice. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.
