Absolutely BAD BAD Service not even Eskom is this bad. Had ordered Fiber internet on the 3rd of December 2019 and yet no attempt of installation has been done. We have had multiple phone calls to and from Mweb regarding this issue and yet no solution yet. We have been paying for a service that has not yet been activated. I have spoken to multiple agents at Mweb now and yet not one person was able to assist me and get my fiber installed. Every call they delay the date of when the installation will happen and yet that date will come and go with 0 absolutely 0 effort of trying to keep in contact with us regarding the installation. WE WILL BE TAKING OUR MONEY TO ANOTHER BUSINESS !
