NEW SIM NOT DELIVERED!!!!

Besides how *********** their agents are; MWEB's service is so slow;

On the 2 December 2024 I requested a SIM swop as I lost my router with mt Telkom LTE; I have not received my new SIM till today;

I have sent follow up emails; calls and even sent IG DMs with no help

Now they've deducted wifi fee again this month without using they wifi for a whole month and still haven't received the new sim

WHAT IS IT THAT I MUST DO?????????
