New mweb fiber order, 2months back and forth and not online - uphauling

I have signed up for fiber online on www.mweb.co.za website, I was assigned order nr Order No. X*** and was told that It should be up and running within 10 working days, considering the new complex i moved into has a vumatel fiber box and is fiber ready I assumed it should be done quicker, during this time 10 working days passed without them honoring their word, my order was closed online without any feedback and a new order created for me by them Order No. X*** .... on the 4th of feb 2021 they said that i have an existing isp and thus they cant activate my order, considering this is my first fiber order ever i clearly dont, they said i need to email *** as the previous owner did not cancel and his isp is linked to my fiber device, i had to send my lease agreement to prove that im leasing this unit on the 4th of feb which i did, its now 11th of march another month later and i received another sms telling me the same thing so i have forwarded my lease agreement through again and have received another reference nr for doing so, hopefully the second time and 2 months down the line they get it right. I am very unhappy and clearly from what im seeing on hellopeter their cleintcare is absolutely shocking, there quick to make sales but their after sales service is uphauling!!!
