New Mweb customer journey and frustrations

If you think you’ve never experienced truly terrible service, try dealing with Mweb—they’ve set a new standard for poor customer care. I was promised a WiFi connection within 7 days of moving in, but that timeline mysteriously stretched to 12 days. When I finally received the router, no technician arrived to set it up, leaving me to struggle with broken equipment on my own. I’m exhausted by this experience. I’d like to know if I can cancel, as being without WiFi is affecting my ability to work.
