New customer, bad experience

I’m a new customer but I am already done with this company and its service. I have received a router but it has never worked, it connects for 2 seconds and disconnects. I have called for assistance so many times and no one seems to know what could be the problem but it is evident that I need a router replacement but nothing is being done.
