New contract no connection

I had app**** for a router contract and was delivered on 12 March 2018. Same day i did not have a connection to date. I called and emailed telling them i want to cancel as the product is useless to because i still cannot connect to it. Now they want me to pay cancellation fee of R1599. Mweb your service is poor and i regret dealing with you.
