New client MWeb

Called Mweb for new account 2 weeks ago. Installations was done received the router debit order for installation fees was deducted but till date NO ACTIVATION. When you call no one can help you. On the whatsapp no one helped. On the app.. Even worse! Now I want to cancel everything but still struggling to get anyone who can help. POOR POOR SERVICE!!
