Never use Mweb as Your ISP

I would never advise anyone to use Mweb as their ISP. Their customer service is so bad when you are trying to get ahold of them prepare yourself to waste around R500 worth of minutes waiting on hold for them to answer your calls. Their live chat on the app is even more ridiculous. It takes them more than 2 weeks for them to reply. I can't wait until my internet contact ends with them. If you want to waste your time and money then Mweb is for you. I give them Zero stars and I mean ZERO
