We logged a ticket on the 25th of February 2022 with ticket number MWB***9. At the date of this review, 5 April 2022, nothing has been done. We have been from pillar to post, between Mweb and TT Connect, both blaming each other. We are proceeding with a cancellation because the issue just gets passed on and never resolved.
