NEVER EVER - 3HOUR telephone hold and months to get back if ever

IF i could i would not even give the one star. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed my order 11/11/2022 only got in contact with me 30/11/2022 They requested information from me and i immediately responded - no feedback since. If you try to contact them you hold on for 3 hours -- 3HOURS are you serious. Will never recommend to anyone
