Never consider Mweb

To whom it may concern

My name is Vuyo and I have been trying to cancel my subscription.

I called today, 14th February 2025 at 15:20 and was put on hold for 30min. The someone finally responded and I asked for the contract to be cancelled. He then proceed to put me through to the retention department in which the call got disconnected.

I do not want to be an Mweb customer anymore. Please cancel my contract immediately.
