Never again Mweb!

What a disaster. I signed up with Mweb for fiber through OpenServe and my line was installed in record time. The router and all is in and working but... I cannot get Mweb to connect me! I have spent over R400 in phone calls, sitting for an hour at a time to just get through to the technical dept. The technician just claims that they cannot see the router on their system. No login details so I cannot even use the self service portal. NEVER AGAIN MWEB!!!! My job is costing me a fortune having to use LTE which I have to purchase to be online. Don't these idiots follow up?
