I have seen no trace of debit attempts from Mweb, my monthly subscription is less than R500. Every month without a doubt I need to pay over R900. The tech support is unavailable always and can’t give me my router log in details apparently only they can log on to it, I have privacy warnings when connected to the box, the chatbot also dololo, absolute ******* they serve at Mweb. Call centew just as bad! The bank does not even charge me R50 for debit returns these guys are con artists and I will never recommend anyone I know to use them this was a huge mistake for me. ******* day light ******* and unavailability, who does that?????
