Network bad and no help

My network is down I have been trying to contact them without any proper responce my 150rands is gone I keep holding without help their live chat same it's automated you keep holding for an unavailable agent ,MWEB please help this is frustrating work has to stop and kids revising for matrix exams its really not on?Who is going to refund the money spent on airtym and data yet my payments are all paid I dont owe anything please bring back the network
