Need urgent assistance

I was given a router by the company i work for on 7 april 2020. Was called on 8th t by faranaaz. The lady was kind and helpfull. Then received sms with username and password. Today is 10th....still unable to connect. I cant get thru to ur centre. According to my company you guys are supposed to send a 2nd sms...guys i am loosing valuable hours and my clients are negetively affected. Please call me to get me hooked up so i can work. Tx alot.
