Need to cancel Mweb Fibre wifi

I have been trying to cancel my month to month contract with Mweb, but I have been just getting the run around, today I have been trying to phone, or reach them, since 12;30, phone is not answered, tried cancelling online, but after choosing the product you want to cancel, the submit button does not work. even last month same thing happened. the product id too expensive for me. please let them cancel ,its the 1st again today, I need to put my notice today.they keep on saying they have sent OTP which never shows acc. number ***9 emai:***.
