Need lessons in customer care

5 months, I have been waiting 5 months for Mweb to cancel my polka email address as I dont need it anymore. Why do I wait so long? No clue really. I have spoken to everyone but the tea lady, still no word. Man my complaint has been escalated so much I am surprised it hasnt been seen by the CEO. Why does it take so long, for an internet giant like yourself, to cancel one small email from my account. Please note I have been with you for more then 10 years. So do me a favour cancel the email address and pay me back the 5 months wasted waiting for you. Please send credit note of R75/month x 5 = R375.00. Thank you so much!
