Nearly 2 months of waiting and nothing

Placed my order on the 3rd of March , was billed the 31st of March after they completed the order, thankfully they said they will give me credit for that and cancelled my order to make a new order. Since the 3rd of march i am still waiting on someone to come and do the installation in my flat , every time i phone i get the same response of they have logged a ticket to Vumatel, but this is useless as i am waiting nearly 2 months for anything to happen.
