Nearly 1 month and no feedback?!

Placed an order for a Fibre upgrade on the 24th of August 2023. It will be almost a month this weekend and there's been no feedback on the status, delivery or installation date. The Mweb website says 7-10 days. Why even say that if you're not gonna deliver. Calling the Mweb helpline is as useless as a red light on Grand Theft Auto, been on hold for almost half an hour. Been a loyal customer for years, utterly disappointed. Absolutely abysmal customer service.
