My wifi is disconnected but payment was made

My money was deducted on the 3 july 2021 but wifi is still off ive.been trying to contact the call centre but no answer at all im not even sure how much airtime i spend this pass weekend and im still trying to call ive log 3 queries no one has come back to me.. terrible service really
