My Job is on the line because of MWEB

Really MWEB- I upgraded my line on Thursday and you said it would take 24/48 hours to kick in. It is now Sunday and still nothing. I have an important Skype call tommorow morning about a possible online job and they will be testing my download speed. If the speed is not correct which it isn't, i will not get the job. What now??? I called you guys on Friday and you said its still processing the upgrade. I called now again and you say that the upgrade hasn't been processed. REALLY???? This is so annoying
