21 May 2026, 15:11Hello Andrew We understand how frustrating it is to have your inbox constantly flooded with unwanted alerts, especially when it starts impacting your day-to-day productivity. That’s certainly not the experience you should be having. There are a few effective ways to get this under control without needing to block each email one by one:• Mark unwanted emails as spam or junk consistently; this helps improve filtering over time
• Set up email rules or filters to automatically move specific senders or keywords straight to your junk or a separate folder
• Avoid unsubscribing from suspicious emails, as this can sometimes confirm your address is active
• If the volume is high, consider updating your mailbox spam filter settings to a stricter level
• As a longer-term solution, changing your email password and enabling security measures can help if your address has been exposedIf you would like, we can also assist in reviewing your mailbox settings to optimise your spam filtering and help restore a cleaner inbox experience.Let us know if you would like us to take a closer look for you.
Kind regards,
