My husband passed away in Nov 2024, sorting out his debit orders I found and amount being deducted every month for wifi service. Our wifi provider, however is vodacom. Since January 2025 I've been trying to speak to a PERSON not a robot at Mweb to clarify the debit order. All in vain!!!! Now that my late husbands account is closed and MWEB CAN'T deduct the amount anymore, they tell me that the going to terminate the service (that does not even exist!) Most frustrating situation
