My Fibre just disconnected out of nowhere and when i call they are unable to resolve it

My Fibre just disconnected out of nowhere and when i call they are unable to resolve it. Ive almost used 400 of airtime calling since morning with no solution. I was told there was a conflict with someone from capetown but they resolved it but still no internet. And am told they can call me back. The 400 airtime is used its almost the same amount am paying for the fibre am not happy at all
