My experience from July to November...

If one could give 0 stars to a service, I would. It has now been 6 months of anguish that I am experiencing with Mweb. Firstly, I was sold a faulty product, then I was incorrectly billed and even though I spent days on the phone speaking to multiple employees no one could assist me. The customer service is atrocious. I spent thousands on data subsidising for the lack of wifi I had for months and am now being billed for wifi I am yet to activate. Couldn't recommend a company less.
