My call logged on the live chat was closed without being resolved the next day
My call logged on the live chat was closed without being resolved the next day. I phoned the tech support waited what seemed to be an eternity to get through to a support agent. Jade was very helpful with fault testing but he can only reopen an escalate te fault. Total call duration was was +1 hour and still no internet. Please get more techs to assist on support. The wait to talk to someone is way too long!!
