My Bill is R645 and they billed me over R1000

Ever since I signed dup with Mweb I've had billing issues. They keep debiting my account and debiting far more than what my bill is. I have logged queries, and they are not interested in helping with my issue. My Bill is R645 and they billed me over R1000
