My Application for a wifi connection was done on Monday evening and on Wednesday the technician contacted me in the morning to confirm the time and date of installation and he did come through to my house as arranged, the installation was done neatly and
My Application for a wifi connection was done on Monday evening and on Wednesday the technician contacted me in the morning to confirm the time and date of installation and he did come through to my house as arranged, the installation was done neatly and professionally and they also cleaned after themselves in the area they were working, and then the courier also send messages that the router would be delivered on Thursday which they did. Lastly I contacted the Mweb whatsapp for assistance with setting up the router and I was assisted by Bianca who was highly precessional and very patient and within 5-min I was connected. Mweb you have a highly motivated and dedicated team working for you. Keep up the good work. I will always use Mweb in the future should I require the WiFi fibre installation 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️Thank you and God bless you
