Mweep - a government in waiting
The one star is for the review writer. Mweeb does not deserve a star.
I would like to suggest that Mweep replace the ANC government as governing party at the next general election in South Africa. This level of incompetence and complete disregard for the customer tops our beloved governments incompetence, arrogance and disregard for the voter.
Since 16 March I had one simple request, please activate the fibre connection that was installed at my home. It is now 9 April, Mbarrasing still does not acknowledge that a fibre installation was done at my home, apparently they are still waiting for me to confirm an installation date. The fact that I can tell them which green lights on the little black fibre box is on, does not seem to impress them at all. According to their client portal it is not there, and then they show some true remorse for my unfortunate experience.
Mbezzle is also unable to cancel the service I have ordered, even though I have phoned three times to cancel, because some non-existing manager has to process the cancellation order with a fictitious cancellation team, and a fibre supplier who's call centre ceased to exist on 1 April.
One thing I have to give Mpotent call centre agents credit for, they are truly remorseful for the poor service, or at least, that is what the scrip that they are reading from says .
I should have known I am dealing with a business that has no confidence in their ability when I tried to find contact details on their corporate website, and the only contact information is of that same friendly sales person with the script of true remorse, and the audacity to tell me not to swear at him when I lose my cool.
How can I make this nightmare go away? I cannot cancel my service with Mcompetence, because the incompetence levels are just to great, and I cannot get a new service from a more capable supplier, as they will not take my business until I can prove that Mpathetic has cancelled my service.
This is truly a wheel in perpetual motion, and I can't tell the fall from the sunrise.
I think this is the point in the video game I'm supposed to shout "Die mother f . . . "
