mwed is a ******* and will never allow you to just leave them with out milking the last cent out of individuals

i had the worst experience with mweb billing amounts that was not agreed upon. i registered with them on the 1st October 2023 the only managed to connect me the 15 and internet. could not even connect but i was billed R1317 in December and my internet was suspended ,when i call to cancel the service an *********** agent reactivated my account so the they can bill R1100 to cancel now in january, i do not understand why i should pay for a service i did not use, mweb is realy taking advantage of client and there is nothing we can do about it, the consultants only care about new sales and technical support, it is nearly imposible to get through to cancellitation but i did send an email advising i want my account canceled in december befor the service was re-activated with out my concent. i refuse to pay for nothing and to be bul**** by mweb . when i took up the contract i was promised free delivery and a month to month contract of R599
